FfH2 0.15 Bugs

I had this strange happening yesterday while playing a game with 15.0i:

On the left side of the screen:

Debug Event

Has Trait - (my username)

It didn't seem to cause any further problems, but I was wondering if anyone else had it and what it is.

Kael, you are killing me with these frequent patches. They are taking hours to download.

I gotta find a girlfriend like that guy in the other thread. Plenty of, ahem, available ladies here in Thailand, but, sadly, none with high-speed connections I can use.

I'll leave it at that....

Yeah the debug messages are normal. Everyone see's them when a civ switches traits, its not a problem.

And I try to keep the patches small, but I know at 13meg the patch is bigger than some of the other full mods that are out there.

Its mostly because I introduced new features in a patch. Therefor I need patches for patches. I should have kept to just the stuff in 0.15 but then we wouldnt have PLE, the adaptive trait, the insane trait, or Teg's unit statistics.

So all in all worthwile, but it has been a lot of patches.

And Woodelf, Rosanne dumped me. And don't think I dont know exactly where she ran off to when she left. Yeah thats right mr innocent. If she comes back tomorrow smelling like cheetos and baby lotion I will know it was you!

Id worry more if she came back espoucing the virtues of the Lanun, elf-nerfing, and talking about how she's going to own everyone in MP - cause that would mean she's with sureshot, and now playing for the other team.

Yes, I get those with Varn Gosam. I don't think they do any harm, but they are unsightly.

I'm assuming that this is not intentional but guess you copied their stats from the elven workers.

My Ashen Veil Inquisitors and High Priests were able to cast life spells? I managed to get Cure Disease that way, kind of useful, but doesn't make any sense to me.

How do you know which version (including patch) you are using. I can see the Fall From Heave Version 15 on the title screen, but where can you find out which patch you are running from?

Should say in patch details...the best idea is just download latest version and install it anyway?

That's not always true when the patch breaks saved games. I usually play at the Marathon setting and before I can finish my game, one or more patches have appeared.

I like to finish my game before installing a new patch or the game is lost.

Also, if the patches keep coming as frequently as they are, poor me with dial-up might skip one here or there and wait for the next.

I was wondering if there was something in the game itself that told you that you were using FFH vers. 15.0j.

From within the game I don't know, so all I know is it's written in a readme file in the mod's folder...

This is in 2.015j.

Oh, and the Dwarven Vault sure make you stingy with using gold to hurry production, doesn't it...

That is correct because the Luchuirp don't have dwarven soldiers (thats only for the Khazad). Instead the Luchuirp's entire melee tree is replaced by golems.

The Khazad use regular warriors so they can upgrade to dwarven soldiers or dwarven slingers.

Have you played with your techs at all? If you have TECH_NEVER you will be able to pick free promotion, but that should never occur in a real game (bless is the same way).
