FfH2 0.20 Bug Thread

Two more:

* Hyborems units pillage Hellfire tiles when passing over them, which seems a bit counterintuitive.

* May be intended, but when the Infernals take a city following The Order, it tries to add AV, but is rebuffed - leaving The Order in place. Maybe force auto-razing of Order cities when playing Infernals?
 
I played multiplayer ealier and came across quite a large bug. When Ashen Veil was founded and my friend converted to the Infernals and guess what, we both became the Infernals (was a cool experience thought) we fixed this my logging out and going in again as we wanted but when I built the gate i crashed and was unable to join the game again.

Thanks, I use two different methods to convert to the Infernals and the Mercurians because I suspected multi-player issues. It seems we have two different issues depending on which way we do it. I will look into it.
 
I was just reminded of something, when I created the gate and I crashed my friend stayed in the game and told me it was the Sheaim (not me) who built Basiam and the Sheaim had been destroyed (the backstabbing Infernals). not sure if it will help in anyway but just so you know.
 
I had a worker building an improvement in a tile and when it caught on fire the worker remained there, even though workers don't seem to be able to enter fire tiles normally.
 
It's greyed out (shouldn't it not appear if the Clan isn't supposed to be able to build it?) And when I built the Clan hero and gave him the heroic strength promotion, his strength appeared to stay the same (at 3) in the bottom left corner when he was selected. But when I did a mouse-over, his upgraded strength (4) appeared correctly.

This happens to me too, both when I was the Khazad and then the Mercurians. Units such as Angels and khazad/runes of kilmorph heroes would show different strength values depending on being selected or mouse-overed.

Here you go... I'm now in my second game, stopped with the first one because it was kinda boring (fire-wise): there were only good and neutral players, and it didn't look as if anyone was trying to found the Ashen Veil. Anyway, this one looks more promising :)

A question of personal interest: Did you only remove the python part of the Unit Statistics Mod or the SDK part as well? Would be nice if I could modify my python files to include the statistics, even though you removed it from the default mod.

Both parts are out. The SDK part was my larger concern with all of the changes I made to the unit strengths, combat odds, etc (though Im still digging through whats left trying to track down a CtD).
 
Wrath unleashed is occurring repeatedly, every time the Armageddon Counter reaches 90. Since I'd gotten that high mostly by Ragnarok units, and the conversion of these units counts as a death, it keeps shunting me back down to 75-80. Guess I'll have to do without the 100 counter event in this game :(
 
I dont have a screen (Sorry !) but when I was playing earlier, with Hyborem, after getting lots of promotions (Orthus´ Axe, Heroic Strength II, Combat V, Stigmata, etc) his strength showed as 6, where it should be 16 (I think). But he was dealing (and receiving) damage correctly, if he was hit he would go down to 14 or 13 or whatever.

Yeap thats fine, Hyborem hastening their final conversion.
 
what about octopus overlord horseman giving 2 manes when they die normally? Unless of course the horse also becomes a mane...

I was also wondering if the bless affect is supposed to disappear after one battle.
 
Playing as Hyborem, at one point the population of all my cities was halved. I assume this was because old Hybbie died in battle and was reincarnated at that point. So far, so good.

However, all of my cities seem to have begun using food the normal away after that, both growing from food and shrinking from a lack of it.
 
Two issues which are more of an optical nature:

The offensive/defensive strength of an archer is shown as 2/4. When they are hurt, however, it shows some ambiguous values (1.2/2 and 1.4/3).

Great Sages have an action button to build the Ashen Veil main building, which they probably shouldn't (Ashen Veil hasn't been discovered yet on the screenshot).
