FfH2 0.20 Bug Thread

From the changelog:
109. Disciples are granted whenever a religion founding tech is learned, even if you aren't the first to learn it.

This didn't happen for me. I researched Runes, but received no disciple.

I'm not sure if it is a bug but i'm playing as Ljosalfar-Arendel Phaedra and getting +2 diplo bonus because i'm charming.Wasn't only Falamar meant to get +2 diplo bonus because he is charming?

Thanks, it will be fixed in patch "a".

Are you getting it from Falamar? All the ladies like him, he likes all the ladies.

I guess nobody cares about my bugs.

Patch "a" is linked in the first post. It fixes the following issues:

1. Fixed the broken Mercurian Horseman link.
2. The WarScript will no longer push the Barbarians into war.
3. Infernals no longer destroy hellfire tiles.
4. Fixed an error in FFHGiftUnit when a valid plot isn't found.
5. Killing Hyborem wont remove the Fallow trait.
6. Removed CvPath dependancies.
7. Disciples are correctly granted when you research a religion tech.
8. Soldiers of Kilmorph start with the Runes of Kilmorph promotion.

It won't break save games.

So you didnt ignore me, thanks! :goodjob:

Sorry, as you can imagine the day of release is a very busy day. I deeply appreciate everyone playing and hate to have osmeone spend 4 hours in a game that has to end because of a bug or CtD. You I try to get these things fixed as quickly as possible.

A bug already mentioned in diary: CTD, when starting new game - loading phase. Just when the play button should appear.

I checked the debug report, but found no obvious reason.

What info do you need?

Did anyone figure out how to get around this problem? I still can't start a game :(

Yeah, turn off "Show Unit Health" in options.

Ah, doh. I read that before and forgot it, heh. Thanks.

edit: Err, what tab is that supposed to be under in options? I can't seem to find it, although weirdly, I have two "Single Unit Graphics" lines under Graphics...

edit again: nm, unchecking both worked.. odd that it is coming up that way.

Playing as the Infernals, I had a fire going on top of my ivory resource, so my workers couldn't get to the tile to improve it, but when I automated the worker, the worker walked right onto the tile and began improving it -- that's one dedicated worker!

ok, a real (possible) bug: AFAIK all civs were updated to use the Doviello ore mechanic, IE they should be to build all units without requiring the base material, correct? The Sheiam, at least, are unable to build Longbowmen or Flurries or any others without the metal, still.

Also, Hyborem still loses all his other traits than Fallow when he dies :(

It only applies to melee units.

Yeap, thats whats supposed to happen.

I`m unable to build the holy building of FotL. Playing Elohim, have a GP in the holy city, and it is just no option to build it.

The Song of Autumn is only built by Great Bards.

If you switch to Infernals (I suppose it's the same with Mercurians) all of your preferences are set to default. Sorry if this has already been mentioned.

I don't know if this is intended or not, but the second level of Altar of the Lunnotar provides an extra happiness that is not included in any of the other versions. Discovered this the hard way when I built III and suddenly found my city unhappy.

FFHWrath uses <= instead of < for its random number comparison, unlike FFHWarScript or FFHDogpile. Effectively, FFHWrath's convert chance is (WRATH_CONVERT_CHANCE+1)%
