So who is going to be available for the Friday(Sat.) Night(day) big game? The game will be up around 8:45ish PM EST. Hpefully we can get at least 6 (and for all 6 to join ).

Unfortunately, I strongly doubt I'll be available after today. I have some family issues to clear up, and that should be taking up my time well into next week, if not beyond that.

i listed it as 9PM EST because i didnt want to write 845PM and have to put X45 for all the other ones lol, we likely have 5, but i think theres more already and whoever else who can play.

but we're going to have to figure out this 5+ player problem

I've been looking into the multiplayer issues, and it does seem like there are many possible causes: Anti-virus programs, port-blocking routers, firewalls, random civ4 malfunctions, etc, etc. One thing I imagine might solve the problems is to use a 'fake-LAN' program such as Hamachi, which - according to others, at least - should bypass many of these possible problems.

In any case, I'm up for a game at any time.

though the problem may have been verm, we still had problems after you left until verm reinstalled his patch c. though we may have just gotten lucky too.

the only possibility of problems on my end could be port blocking, im pretty sure i fixed that before though

im up for a game in 40 minutes or so.

me, BCalchet and eerr played a game and the usual happened, i was powerful, eerr attacked me, i withstood and then BCalchet got to him and razed all but 1 or 2 of his cities with a crazy mass summon squad, very nice
