i keep getting disconnects lol... since hamachi creates a network, is there a chance it would conflict with existing networks? i keep getting disconnected while using it

Okay, it seems to be working. Start hamachi, connect to the FallFromHeaven network (stora och små bokstäver ska vara just som de är där) using the password ffh . You'll get further instructions once that's done.

I don't think those are needed for civ4, so might as well check that box.

On a related note, I see several posts from people who are apparently playing civilization 4 on the hamachi forums, so I'd imagine it *can* work...

When I played Ladder, people used it all the time. I never did, but if it works well with alot of people it sounds like the way to go. Let me know how it works.

we weren't able to get the 4 of us together until we used hamachi, so it seems to be workin alright.. but we'll hafta try with more people tonight

sounds good, check out first page about the virtual LAN program which seems to help with larger numbers of players

Note that it has to be FallFromHeaven, not fallfromheaven: It's case sensitive. If you get in all right, you'll see at least three of us there.
