id just finished a bath, so general upkeep... this is a gigantic thread, im surprised you read through it looking for personal statements unless youre a.. STALKER!!! lol

Actually its quite bizzare, i almost never read this thread. But i'll click it when it goes to the top of the forum, always the last page, just to see who's playin and what balance issues you guys notice, also sometimes youre funny.

What surprizes me, is that you post "personal statements" quite OFTEN in this thread. And since you made it, that makes sense. It sort of strikes me, like this thead is your dorm room, and people come over to play civ in it.

I'm just walkin down the hall and i hear something like "And thats when it broke off and I had to call the doctor to pull it out" as I'm walking by. You'll forgive my confusion.

You ought to play some multiplayer with us, QES. I swear, it doesn't ruin the SP experience. Sure, you have to devote your FfH time between single and multi, but they accentuate each other nicely.

Bah, as soon as i get a taste of a human brain to compete against, I simply wouldnt be able to stomach the AI anymore. I've sort of an "upgrade" personality, and i tend not to regress if i find something truly superior. I get easily fatigued. This is what's happened with me and other games. For example, DII - A great game, even single player is fun when you first own it and play it. But eventually, only MP is the way to go, and then Only if my friend is in the room with me so we work together and plan and pulot etc.

So, out of trying to preserve my love of CIV independant of other players, as I know myself too well, i abstain for now. Perhaps in the future.

There is also the concern of Sureshot taking an unhealthy interest in dominating me with her horses. I envision future internet blackmail for years.

verm was around for a bit, but he disappeared quickly, not sure who else can play, but im up

and i go into some level of detail to avoid constantly saying the same thing over and over (like "i have to do something") and to perhaps give a relative time frame

i still play single player, multiplayer is neat because you see how others play which can help your own strategy

Heck, I can host right now, but I'd prefer there to be more than three people to play with.

Though I had an interesting idea- few people (three or four), in a medium/large map, raging barbs, pangaea. The barbarians would be powerful enough that they'd be the main threat, but the players could also help each other out or fight each other, depending on the circumstances.

@Sureshot - I get it, its understandable, its just interesting that I always happen to look at the time you decide to be specific.

@Fox - You're just in it for the boobies, this was discussed in another thread.
