Im not sure what the difference between an "official" and "unoffical" page would be. Probably best to stick to unoffical for now.
As to the art and such you are certainly more than welcome to use anything you want, but keep in mind that much of the 2d art in FfH is copywrighted. So its not us you have to get permission from to make it legal, its the artists. If you setup a myspace account for FfH just be aware that if any of the artists doesn't like that you are using their art they may request that it be removed.
At the very least I would recommend keeping a list of the artists in a very prominant position on the website (you can use the one in the first post fo the main FfH thread) as well as a link to Unicef. Most profesionals Ive talked to about it have been fine with us using their stuff as long as we aren't charging, and they are even more impressed that we are supporting a good charity. Those few that have been initially unhappy were very gracious about it once I showed them that we credit them and link to their sites.
Its not really about copywright as much as "stealing credit" for their hard work which we aren't trying to do at all. These artists are my inspiration, I only want to make them more successful, not devalue their work.
