Over time, a proud and free culture had developed, as each ship braved the seas under their captain. Whenever a ship met another, goods and news were traded, and, gradually, the Lanun developed a unified culture. Everyyear, there would be a gathering of ships for a great meeting, and, in time, the Lanun Floating City of Dunwich was built, as some captains realized the lucrative business opportunities available in a permanent location the Lanun could retreat to at any time.
