I really hate draggin this out, but no one "in charge" has yet to read me my rights, or direct me towards means of justice. In a democracy, the people control the show, not a handful of "moderators." If there is so much fear about my OPEN and LEGAL SPEECH about an imaginary DRUG, I would have to ask what kind of message that sends about the "Democracy" in your Democracy Game RPG. I am not condoning, promoting, or supporting the use of any illicit substance, and I'm sure that everyone here knows this, I am discussing a figment of my imagination. Just like we all have fantasy roles to play here, as well as real ones, I have crafted a fantasy "item" that apparently isn't even afford a simple discussion. PURE, BLATANT CENSORSHIP...that's all I have received. If I can speak whatever I want here (consitutionally), and "invent" anything at will, why are my threads "CLOSED" constantly. And, need I remind you, the United States has legislature that does not allow for the illegalization of any new "discovered, natural" mind-altering substances...and they definitely don't have laws against "imagined" ones.

You are so right, to the poiint that typing is difficult, But this is a conservative enviromnment, such that typing is almost beyond liberal attempt at discusion. If you have a point, make it. I am all for the idea that changed the mental process of mankind, but I have yet to hear it.

Your thread about smoking pot, though thinly disguised, is not appropriate for a forum frequented by people of all ages and backgrounds. This forum is based in the US, where all recreational drugs except alchohol are illegal, and should not be perceived as approving of the use of drugs. If you wish to continue this debate, I suggest you ask Thunderfall.

Also, please do not try to defend your right of free speech. The rules of the CFC forum overrule those of the Democracy Game. As the forum rules say, you may speek freely, within legal limits.

Apparently no one here ever READ the post I put up earlier. I suggest you all re-read it, and then respond. I am not supporting illicit drugs...I am supporting "imagined" substances. In addition to this, I am not breaking any laws, and nowhere in my posts have I discussed, or alluded, or even admitted that I am talking about "pot."
Free speech is a right, and it is a right of this NATION, and I do believe the U.S. Congress of 1776 overrules any rule of the CFC. I'm an American, and a PROUD supporter of democracy, and mine and your rights. My fantasy creations are as allowed here as anyone elses.

I think you are a little deluded about how far free speach goes in the US.

I will not have a thread where people go to get 'high' on this forum, so if you want to exercise your creativity, find another topic.

I'm not deluded, free speech has no constitutional limit. Yes, there have been Supreme Court rulings turned, and overturned, and it ultimately comes down to the fact that I cannot be punished by the LAW for what I SAY. Granted, this forum can close my threads all day if they'd like, but in a Democracy Game that seems to send a much more conflicting, and horrible message than me discussing the "imagined sale" of an "imagined substance."

Hakanfoot, you should read the Forum Rules. This is an excerpt:

Your rights to Freedom of Speech don't apply here.
You are welcome to have opinions. You are welcome to question certain subject matter posted on these forums. You are welcome to dislike a certain post or disagree with it. Though we typically condone people to express their opinions and ideas, we have the right to delete yours if necessary, should we consider it abusive.

This is not a public venue, it is a privately funded property.

Well, Shaitan beat me to it and found the rule. ;) (Will I ever be able to compete with a T1 line?)

But, Eyrei is right, this forum is visited by people of all ages (kids included). What you just stumbled on is a fine line in the real world too - mixing crime (even if implied) with games, and there's a myriad of debates on the issue.

You could also argue the Freedom of Speech, but people come from all over the world. To sum it up, these are just the topics that they make college courses out of, legislators debate over, etc..

EDIT - Here's one of your first posts:

This stuff will get you HIGH!
Curious as to who would like to purchase my crop of Bavarian Thunderweed for say, 50g? This stuff will get you HIGH. Let me know, man.

It sure sounds like you're advocating the stuff. Ok, let me make this analogy:

You bring a fake gun into a building, and someone sees it. Are they going to say "Aww look, what a cute little toy gun"? Nope, they're going to call the authorities (who might not know it's fake until it's too late).

Personally, I think this topic is too controversial to be allowed on a large message board such as this.

i mean i dont see why these constant topics pretty much winging about the free speach as shaitan said they dont apply here go and read the rules

If the concern here is one regarding people of varying ages and backgrounds, then what is left to discuss? Only things that are acceptable for 10-year-olds, and basically culturally polyglotic? Speech of this kind is impossible, and as a general rule doesn't go on here anyway. The forum is still predominantly western-world in politics and endeavour, as well as consistently posted in by people well over the age of 10, I'm sure. If you are afraid of the damage to children, why is an "imagined war" and "imagined drunkeness" acceptable to a 10 year old, but not an "imagined drug," that claims to have both psychogenic and healing affects?

no that is not all that is left but drugs is not one of the things we have to discuss if you wnat to start another thread about some other buissiness go ahead but no drugs

I do not even necessarily disagree with all of your points, however, this is not the place for this discussion, as the forum rules will not change. Thread closed.
