I wish that were possible, but even with Multi regicide, all the kings are the same unit. If I were to go through with the FFVII scenario based off this mod (although I've noticed that there are others working on that already, so I'd be more than willing to help them in any way possible), then I'd have King units representing the likes of Rufus, Cloud, Tifa, Aeris, Red XII, etc, since you can give units to civs at the start of scenarios.

I was about to post with a few requests for additional info that I haven't come accross via much web searching. I'd like to add the world of FF Crystal Chronicles, but have been drawing blanks as to who should be leading it. Here's the info I've dug up thus far:
Leader: the *unnamed* princess you run into in the Runaway Princess quest...
Civilization: Alfitaria (since at one time, this city DID rule most of the world)
Traits: Agricultural (there is much plant growing, especially in the Plains of Fum), Religious (All the magic, Myrrh trees and crystals), and Expansionist (Myrrh Caravans and the constant travelling for Myrrh)
Starting Techs: Pottery, Shamanism & Wood Working.
Aggression Level: 3 (since the realatively peaceful Clavats and Yukes are balanced out by the somewhat antagonistic Selkies and Lilties)

The other game that I've managed to almost get enough info to add is, ironically, FF III (the one that was never released in the US). Here's a working split of the civs between the good guys and the bad guys:

Traits: Scientific (they have a lot of airships in this game as well as magic technology), Industrious, Agricultural (the town of Gysahl is where the famous Gysahl greens are from and they ship them to just about every other FF
