Maybe the game doesn't connect through steam in his country(not supported, whatever) and maybe the game just isn't officially sold in his country and he doesn't wanna pay 5× the price that everyone else pays. I know that feeling.

I'll check what the problem is. It's likely i forgot a simple step. (Someone reported it with one of my other mods too, so i think it may of been a phase)
