Douglas(Agg,Imp) (Illinois)---uses Washington LH
Stephen Colbert(Ind,Chm) (America)---- uses FDR LH

Will add more civs, leaders, civilopedia entries, etc., eventually

currently: I could use help with, well, everything, I can't make leaderheads, or reskin units or buildings, but I can edit XML pretty well

Why Douglass as the leader for Illinois? How about Lincoln, Grant, Reagan, or Obama. There are Obama and Reagan LH's available for download. Just a suggestion. Good luck on your mod, it looks good, particularly the Illinois civ.

I thought about it, but i was tired of Douglas being upstaged by the others, especially Lincoln, plus, my research paper last year was about him

I'm considering using Obama and McCain as their own civs, called the Obama camp and the McCain camp, but i just started high school, so im kinda busy
