First crash - never-ending warning screen

I just went to the first big war, and all seemed to be going well.
Got to end of turn, and up came a screen telling me that attacking cities can be costly, yada etc - did I want to proceed or change my mind.
Ticked "I want to attack anyway" (although why this popped up at the end of my turn is beyond me) and it would not go away.
Had to exit the game.

Can you reproduce this with a savegame?

Turns off all the advisor crap in the options menu, and then you won't see that anymore .
