Fix them summer patch bugs

This is a question out to all of you modders. So many problems occured through the summer patch and old ones have not even been fixed. With the next patch presumably not coming before fall, wouldn't it be possible to address those bugs by a mod? Nothing game changing, no re-balancing, just fixing the bugs? I would be fairly happy about it.

I'm interested. I was thinking about actually setting up a github page for a community bugfix patch. There are a couple I think that would be simple to fix.

It would be interesting to start this. UI bugs become part of CQUI, and a separate gameplay related fixes go to another repository. Can we edit how the AI values greatworks and other diplomacy deals, because that is the most annoying bug in the summer patch?
