[FIXED] 1.0.1.141 Turn end crash

Load the attached savegame and end turn. Game crashes. Happens always with default settings.

Crash confirmed when running in Normal view. However, when I switched to Strategic view before ending the turn, the game didn't crash. I could then switch back to Normal view and play several turns without a crash.
