[FIXED] Declaration of Friendship Expiry notification: Even if no declaration!

    Since the new patch, I've noticed if I ask for a Declaration of Friendship, in 50 turns I get a note saying 'Your DoF with _________ Has expired' even if they decline

    In my current game I also got this message from an AI civ after they had refused to sign a DoF. Meanwhile I even got denounced by them. So I was a bit startled too, when I got the message that a declaration of friendship had expired. There has never been any.

    I have noticed this as well for when another civ asks me for a declaration of friendship and I decline.
