Landsknecht => its bonus covers what the mighty pro boosted xbow would do, not helpful for Charly. In addition maybe make this UU upkeep free.

Yea..... don't know what to do with this one really. It seems interesting on paper but the way the math works out, they're kind of a meme. Removing upkeep might seem like a good idea.

Musketeer => what good is 2 move with a poor attack,. Addition => defender gets no city/culture bonusses against the musketeer?

This has much to do with the base unit being crap, but Muskteeers are quite useful for guarding Cuir Stacks against pikes, as well as garrisoning the cities left behind that you took with them. It's not the best thing in the world but it comes around at just the right time.
