Flag leaderhead request!!

I'm working on a Boer War scenario, and therefor I need two leaderheads; Transvaal and Orange Free State. Pictures below.

Don't worry, this isn't the first flag leaderhead I make.

For the advisor files ( *_all.pcx ), I can propose two solutions :

1) I just put the flag and it doesn't change with AI's attitude

2) I use the flag as background an put a smiley on it, so you can see AI's attitude. Here's an example with the flag of Liège :


I use the "smiley" version, but I understand some people might not find it funny. I will make the smiley version for my own. The question is : must I do the neutral version too ?

maybe a red tint would be angry and a blue tint would be happy. so you could have it fade from blue to nothing to red in the FLCS

I take the first solution, just put the flag and it doesn't change with AI's attitude.
