Flag Problem!!! Help!!!

i've created a few civs so far, and for EVERY flag, it shows up as the TeamColor instead of the graphix i've chosen...

please help!

Here is a post I did a while back on another thread that may help you. It includes a flag template to download with the alpha channel already set to black. The post also includes some xml instructions and a link to a flag tutorial written by someone else.

Good luck, the flags can definitely be frustrating at times.
