OK, finished up this turnset with Monty irretrievably crippled. I signed peace with him because Hatty was starting to take his cities and we really don't want her getting any stronger. Researched Economics, added the GM to London and started on Replaceable Parts. We may want to go ahead with Chemistry->Sci Method->Biology for the food bonus after that.
There is an invasion force just north of Hatty's northeastern city. Unfortunately it will take the Galley two turns to land its cargo next to the city to be invaded, but we should be able to raze the city no problem. Our stack of doom is in the east of Hatty's lands.
