Last week lost 2-1 at home to Santander, first league home defeat and Santander have done the double over me this season. Wednesday I beat La Coruna 2-0 away after changing my tactics back again and resting my top scorer Velasco.

Probably not. I've tried joining Hattrick.org again so you could try that as a slightly more complex game that is still free. There is a forum for hattrick users from CFC at http://www.civ3duelzone.com/forum/default.asp

I dont really like hattrick that much, ive got a team on it and the transfer market and manager interaction doesnt seem to be even close to footiemanagers system.

Yeah I don't think I wil be mentioning it much after I lost my first game 0-7...

Malaga won the Spanish league cup in g3 wednesday; i won a friendly 3-1 agaisnt Real Betis. Also just signed a 65 rated mid on loan until the end of the season and he has 100 condition so that'll give my team another boost for the title.

Since that stupid loss (when I didn't pick a team), I've now played three league games and won them all. 1 - 0 each time.

I tied 1-1 and 0-0 with the 1st and the 2nd in the league.

I finished in a disappointing 5th place, with 9 points short of promotion. I'll post some screenies later.

On the bright side, I won 2-0 of the league champion

I won 4-0 against cup winners Malaga; they were probably very tired after their cup final in previous match thats why it was so one sided. Simons playing well again, 2 assists 1 goal, shame im not going to buy him as the other club wants him back at the end of the season. Celestini got 2 goals and man of the match, velasco the other goal. Not many games to go now, away to 5th place next match.... getting nervous.

At least I didn't get that many disappointing draws as I did last season... instead, I lost every match at the beginning of the season. It got better when I changed tactics.

The players who screwed up:

I'm going to sell Van der Doelen, as he's getting really old, and he might retire next season. What'd be a good price?

Great player conditions for the end of the season! If its only just finished then you kept them in very good shape! I rest mine when they go to about 76, which they are all around now.
