Thought this would make it easier for anybody who wants to list their customized civilization (and would likely promote an exchange). This isn't for full-blown mods, just simple replacements/add-ons. For example, if you had a Mayan civilization to replace the Aztecs, this form would be perfect.
Fairly straightforward - open up the .BIC in Civ3Edit, and copy the info from "Civilizations" to this, and post. Takes about 5 minutes, 10 at the most.
If enough people list custom civs, I might start a website with them. Just follow the simple form, make it easy for everybody.
