Formal HOF Update Schedule

Thanks largely to Dianthus (as usual) brilliant engineering, conducting updates is easier than ever. As such, I am now ready to commit to a schedule of updates. Whereas in the past it's been two weeks plus whenever we felt appropriate, HOF updates will now fall on the 5th and 20th of every month most of the time.

That makes the submission cutoffs the 4th and 19th if you want to be included in that update.

@slug: Well, to be honest, I think the HOF has been run well for a long time..........which in turn has made me and a lot of other people happy.

However, y'all fixing the cut-off dates at the 4th and the 19th is a very welcome enhancement.........and will allow Players to "Pace" their games to get into the next HOF Update.

You guys are really doing an excellent job.....All of you......even if it's because 'slug threatens you if you don't!

Now that there is a definite update schedule, you might want to change the FAQ, where it says that there isn't a definite update schedule.
