My woolen phylactery was safe and sound, and now your all part of a new village... My village... Enjoy the graveyard...

And no. Everyone/anyone who is dead is allowed here. Death has that "equalizing" quality about it, that removes necessary guilt and particpation in previous lives. As this is MY graveyard and the thrall-like service you doth provide me creates in me realative disconcern for the "who did whats" of the past, I generally prefer the receival of everyone into this fold.
