Turn (0): Was it wise to put our whole airforce into a city with 8% flip chance? Where is the military to back it up? Hm. I turn the artillery stack around and put it back in the city. Flip chance down to 4.38%. Need more units here.
Find the transports, and move them into Christian Holy city to pick up eight modern armours. I move a battleship near to escort them to the remaining Aztec cities.
I discover the Coventry does not have an airport. This, combined with the new rail system, makes getting these new units to the front, that much harder...
Hoping no cities flip in the inturn...
Turn (1): Genetics done. I start on Future Techs. Will probably turn down the sci for these, as they are not critical.
I fail to see how fighters are able to intercept STEALTH BOMBERS. I guess S&S were right about how "Every dog has his day".
Otherwise just moving units up and rebasing them. Also trying to reduce flip chances.
Turn (2): Our nets are being pillaged AGAIN! I need to stop overusing our navy...
Haha! After bombing Ollantaytambo, I send in a collateral Modern Armour against the odds, fully willing to lose him to do collateral damage, AND HE WINS!
Boy, having culture defences really does matter. Other than not-so-suicide collateral MA, none of my other units are damaged taking Ollan (other than the damage they took before).
UHG... HC's culture barriers are huge. Taking that city didn't affect them at all. Cuzco and Macchu Picchu are the problems...
It appears that Mao declared peace with Alex. Why would Alex accept? He's lost a city. Maybe that means he'll make a more serious effort to destroy HC.
More unit shuffling. I'm getting them to the front. Are those fighters patrolling? I seee only 1. I set them all to partol. 70% chance is better than the SAMs could hope for.
Turn (3): We need airports in ALL of our cities. If you move a unit, it can't be airlifted on the same turn. So I set up airports in unit building cities, if I find that I can't airdrop the unit.
Banglore joins Colonge in Modern Armour manufacturing. So does Seville.
Cuzco with it's huge stack will cause a problem. Time to go postal on the terrain.
I can drop 1 unit into each of the new cities per turn. Hopefully that should be enough to keep them from flipping.
Turn (4): Aha! 8 Modern Armours arrive at Aztecland! In my haste, I lose Edel (named one... sigh...) in the amphibious landing. But all is good. The city is ours.
A look at the power graph shows a sharp decline in Alex's forces. It looks like my hidden agenda was achieved.
Turn (5): Washington appears and demands that we stop trading with Alexander. I almost choke laughing. If we weren't preoccupied bud, you'd be next on the kill list.
lol. The entire Aztec Christian contienent will come out of revolt next turn.
Attack the damnable Maccu Picchu. Take it easily.
Whoops. Alex stopped fighting with HC. Now when did this happen? I guess it means the spoils of war are mine then.
Turn (6): I airdroped a Jewish Missionary into Arby last turn. This turn, I converted it, and all chance of revolt disappeared

.
I give Tamuin to Washington. It's going to flip anyways, and I don't want to have to hold on to it. Washington is probably a non-threat anyways.
I lose two damn armours razing Monty's second last city! OMG. Bad luck.
Turn (7): Holy hell! HC threw the kitchen sink. And it hurt. He retook Ollantaytambo!
Ok, I'm out for blood now. No one kills my stack and lives. Even if it was only 7 units. He killed the missionary too!
Nottingham is mine. Looks like the ungodly stack was only in Cuzco, and migrated. Unfortunately, it will be tough to take Cuzco. I have to cross a river.
Turn (8): WTH? Sneak attack on Texcoco. It's been razed. I didn't see that coming. Not good though, because Aztec continent is slim on troops.
That's it for the Aztecs. They're dead and gone. I'm outta here. Gunships nearby.
Turn (9): Aha... Nottingham is so screwed over. Alex has too much culture. I'm going to get some of those super temples to boost culture. I flip the culture slider up a bit. We can't spend all this cash anyways.
Turn (10): Units got killed in front of Cuzco... so, let's go Artillery... It's amazing how effective inferior units are when the enemy has been SMASHED by stealth bombers. Stealths can only do down to 50%, but artillery can go lower. And they do so.
Got great Merchant in Zhou. Wow. Someone decide what to do with all these great people.
Going to take one more turn. I do not want to leave Cuzco for someone else to worry about.
Turn (11): The bloody siege of Cuzco is over.
In case you're wondering, the elite artillery regiment sitting outside was the only thing attacking Cuzco last turn. And only one died.
JC finally got Mass Media. I give him refrigeration for it, a straight up, equal trade.
Ok, strategic overview.
Sorry I muddled up the war guys. Lost a lot of units trying to slog through the culture barriers. It gets really bad around this time.
The good news is we only need 5.7% more land for a domination victory. This is excellent, and we should endeavor to exterminate the Incans for that land. However, Mao's and Alex's cultural borders will cause problems, as you will see in the next few screens. Viticos and Arby are under heavy assualt from York's culture, although since I made them Jewish, and fully garrisoned them, they are in no danger of revolting. The big problem city is Nottingham. It's nearly completely surrounded, almost as bad as Arby was to begin with. It will do well with some more units. Airlift one to Nottingham each turn, and to the other conquered cities.
I would really like to take York, so we don't have this culture problem. I'm kind of upset that HC didn't take it earlier, so we could've taken it from him. Eventually, if we do not trigger domination first, we should attack Alex and take York, Ephesus, and Tianjin, to consolidate the borders.
HC's unit count has plunged. The last few turns have seen his power rating take a nosedive, similar to what happened to Alex earlier. I don't anticipate many more problems with him. We have enough stealth bombers to bomb each of his cities to dust, and maim all his units. Use them liberally, but if they are damaged, set them to heal before using them again.
Only 3 more Incan cities on the continent. Would've been two, but I let Ollantaytambo fall into enemy hands. Nothing really I could've done though. I did not have enough units to airdrop in. Use the battleships on Vilcambamba, so we can concentrate on pure damage with the stealths.
Cuzco has a decent number of armours in it. I don't think HC has the units left to throw at it. Survive a turn, and the veterans from the Aztec island campaign will come in by Transport to help out. I lost 3 armours on that campaign, so there are only 5 left, plus two workers I "found".
Once HC is off the continent, get peace with him. He has lots of units in that island city, or it seemed so when I was there destroying the Aztecs. I don't want to be bothered with exterminating him.
When Arby finishes the theatre next turn, get it building a Synagoge. In fact, get ALL captured cities to build a Synagoge, or some other super temple, if they can complete it fast enough, and they have enough base culture to boost.
Cuzco and Nottingham have no improvements around them. Cuzco was my fault, because I bombed the improvements to starve out the Inca. Nottingham is Alex's fault, because he went on a pillage frenzy, and then failed to take the city. So both will need to be rebuilt, but it's not pressing, seeing as how the workers can't anyways, and it wouldn't be safe to begin with.
Oh yes. We should endeavor to flood Alex with our missionaries. He has organized religion at the moment, and if we can, I'd like to make him Jewish. Just for fun, since we're making 1 turn missionaries anyways.
New acquisitions.
What's left of HC on the continent.
The culture problem called York.
