[0] 580AD - Taking stock of the nation. I rearrange some of the worked tiles in cities, because I think we need to mostly concentrate on growth and production. Commerce is for capitalist pig-dogs.
Next, I check out the civics. Places like Moscow and Catherinagrad are practically at their happy limit. It seems it would be good to have Hereditary rule come in, especially since we probably should start beefing up our military pretty soon, in preparation of a war with someone.
Next, I check in with our foreign advisor. It looks like we can get Gold from Mao. We do so in exchange for our only source of bananas (but that's ok, since most of our cities are well above the healthy limit - the only ones that aren't are those that aren't connected to the trade network). I also notice we are just giving our resources to Mao for nothing. Hmmm, we like our comrades, sure, but not to that extent.

Nothing I can do about it now, but rest assured, as soon as I can cancel those deals, I will.
Also, I think we need a whole lot more workers.

But any way, we'll see if I can get to that.
[1] 600AD - Hmmm, I don't really agree with the positioning at the stone proposed by Pvblivus... I think we should move the settler one tile SE. Sure, it loses the wheat then, but we can found another city to take advantage of the wheat, while this city will gain the coastal bonus, allowing it to build the lighthouse and harbor, which I think would benefit us more in the long run... So yeah, I move the settler one tile SW to found the city next turn.
[2] 620AD - We meet Montezuma, the founder of Judaism.

He is just below us in score, and he is also quite a backwards dude in terms of technology.
Moscow grows and builds a sword. It needs a Granary ASAP, so starts on that.
Stalingrad is founded by the cows and stone, and starts work on a Library.
[4] 660AD - Monty asks for Open Borders. Him being the founder of Judaism, we can't allow that.
[5] 680AD - Vladikavkaz founded by the dies and gems in the south. Starts work on a library.
[6] 700AD - Moscow builds its Granary, and starts work on a Worker, because we really need some more of those.
[7] 720AD - We get Currency. Work starts on Feudalism.
Novgorod constructs a Barracks. To that end, I'll let it work on an Axe for one turn, then it will grow and I'll have it build a worker.
The borders of Stalingrad expand and I realize I must be

ing. I was building the Library there for its borders to expand, entirely forgetting the simple fact that we are creative. Meh... City starts on a Granary instead.
[8] 740AD - Moscow builds a worker. Starts on a Settler.
[10] 780AD - The Soviet Union now holds a Million Souls! Also, a barb sword is spotted near Vladikavkaz.
[11] 800AD - Just wanted to play one more turns, so the numbers come out nice and round.
After-Turn Thoughts
1. I have marked a site for another city, to take advantage of the wheat I lost with my placement of Stalingrad. (It is basically one tile north of the central of the three peaks west of the Wheat, in case the label does not carry over.)
2. I am trading away our only source of Spices to Hatty for some money (also, I am now getting money from Mao for the Silk he used to get for free from us). Note, however, that the borders of Novgorod have expanded, and we can now get a second spices with the worker that will be built there soon.
3. We generally have a stronger country now, than before, I believe. We have moved up in the ranks a little bit, and there is still room to grow.
4. We can probably start massing troops for an attack on Greece. (Note, BTW, that the Greeks have founded a city south of Stalingrad.)
5. There's a
lot of chopping that needs to be done at Vladikavkaz! Pretty much every tile there is jungle.
EDIT: Sorry, didn't have time to post pictures.

If someone can do it, it'd be awesome.
