I really doubt Trump would care to follow protocol. Bowing to the queen of England? Not really popular with US voters even at the best of times, let alone this current potus voter-base.

She's the Queen of the United Kingdom, but the bowing thing... meh - he's also a head of state. Blocking the much smaller, much older Queen from people's line of view at an official appearance is a far greater sin.
