You can change your colour themes. Easiest way is with civscale but you can also manually edit the file. If you want to manually edit, look for 'Civ4Theme_Common.thm' under your prog files/civ4 directory.

RAD Video tools ( for viewing the ones you have in your PC ( C:\Programs\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization IV\Assets\Art\Movies\Victory, if you installed it in the default folder ). Otherwise, you can search it in youtube ( someone had put them there )
