I played a space race gauntlet once and some folks were getting Education from the Oracle.

It was settler (duel map size) though... so the challenge is not to win by mistake before launching your ship ;)

EDIT: My opponent, Mansa, offered to become my vassal thus giving me a conquest win 3 times before I escaped the planet to get rid of him ;)

cool the pic was noble(small map size)

I went for something lame from the Oracle myself, I'll try and find a link to the game and the winning table.

I think people were getting Radio from liberalism as well...

It was fun, only took a few hours (it was quick speed too).

LOL, here's the link to the winning entry, looks like Rocketry from the Oracle and Robotics from Liberalism ;)

I hardly ever build the Oracle anymore, playing monarch or emperor normally.

EDIT: I went for Civil Service from the Oracle and got Fusion ;) from liberalism...

Well, I don't think morale will be a problem for my dwarves.

Mods are Rise of Mankind and Fall From Heaven 2.

I'm not so sure about that, as I always figured Dwarves for beer drinkers.

Joao's misfortune in the early game led to a very advanced "barbarian" civilization popping up carving out their own corner of the continent in my brother's game. Never saw a barbarian city with this much cultural influence, but owning a holy city will do that. (choose religions was on, they didn't capture a city post-theology)

Kind of wished they'd gain a leaderhead and join the other nations, they certainly have enough to be a full fledged civilization here. My brother had a field day running around and pillaging away all the towns... lots of cash there. Eventually the neighboring AIs captured the cities and the barbs died away.
