Defense... a really dull mod from Firaxis that comes with BtS ( no offense to Justinian, but it bores you after the first win ).

And, given that in Defense the AI always targets your first city and normally walks the same paths all over again ( not always though ), a cleaver use of ranged attack may be able to kill them without too much worries

Oddly, it wasn't Churchill. It was Willem, I discovered Taoism founded in a little city on the other side of the lake/sea.

And yep, Fantasy_Realm. A particularly poor start for a OCC, lacking in food. Will be interesting to see if I can win my desired space race.

Bulb christianity with a great prophet, that opens up philosophy. shouldn't be impossible, especially on noble.

The thing about noble is that the AI doesn't get any bonuses so it's much more of an achievement when a noble AI does that instead if a deity AI does that.

But I think he mainly meant the slingshot itself. This usually requires planning; willem seemed to have gotten lucky with the RNG who decided what he did with the GP and the oracle.
