Game Saturn

Good, nice to know we can continue the game. Don't want the turn to flip in the meantime, no need to have Elucidus' civ lose a turn. :)

Now Hercules seems to be skipping around no problem, I'm hanging around. Clamburger should hopefully be fine once he gets back. (I suppose I'll sub for him in the meantime) And hopefully Dux will stick around long enough for the game to end... if not maybe Hellhound can jump back in.

Only real issue once Elucidus/Giger is settled is Parkin disappearing in a month. :run:

Since the turn is getting ready to roll over, I'll probably send it over with the new turn so on the first new turn notice, don't play. And if I don't hear from Giger before the end of the turn, I will play it. I won't penalize my other team members just because of my petty . .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. I am glad you found a replacement so soon. My leaving isn't related to anything from this game...don't worry, I am much more petty than that. :D

Ah, okay, will play my turn then. Working with getting in contact with Giger, you might be able to get his email address by checking out his forum account. He can't post here until the demogame admins give him access...

Okay, good to know it seems to have been sorted so quickly.

By the way, if it wasn't obvious already, Plako is substituting for me until I get back or can get 3.17 on this computer (it has 3.19 and no disk to reinstall).

thx

Thank you Elucidus and Giger. Game seems to be up and running now. ~9 hours in the clock. Maybe pause is in order if not all get to play their turns.

civstats isn't working and shows strange things.

In regards to within the game itself...

A United Nations representative of the Pantheon people and their leader Joshua comes forward to Parkinstan secretary general Lord Parkin and his table of advisors. He states that we are all civilized peoples and offers them the suggestion that we do not need to dirty ourselves with nuclear arms. If you are willing to bring up a call for nuclear non-proliferation, we of the Pantheon are willing to support you in carrying it out.

Plako, deputy President of Parkinstan has considered request with his advisors and has came to same conclusion. Nukes has to banned to protect of our fine planet. Vote is waiting for you.

Now it is all about who is having the biggest stack. :)

eek. I played on the wrong server too. Luckily I got home in time and played on the new one too.

Logged back in as Elkad2 to give a save point. 1hr left, not sure if Toch didn't end turn, or he played the wrong server like I did.

Looks like we're all agreed then. ;)

Yep, the vote to ban nukes passed unaminously. Looks like the world will remain a beautiful tranquil place for generations to come. :king:
