Okay. You can probably guess just by virtue of my age which way I tend to lean, so I won't beat the issue.I won't get political on you, but instead just say that my annual pay raises tend to suck when a democrat is in office and we often lose other benefits. Just going by the trend.
Also, it's worth noting that if you're the once going to war, you get to pick whether you want to go first or second in the turn order before you declare. In war, there's a code of war sort of, where the players involved make their turns in a set order based on who let the initial strike, so that the war is turn-based and no one doublemoves.
As for in peacetime for things like huts, the early bird catches the worm.![]()
It seems to be an oddity with games that have multiple duplicate leaders. All of the civs' borders will be different colours, but for some reason sometimes the colour of the player names (on the scoreboard) will not match up with the border colours. At least it's only a minor annoyance, because it's fairly easy to work out who you're dealing with once you can actually see inside their borders.I see either Toch or Hercules borders...
Wonder who it could be, but why oh why do we have two people with white as a civ color. I am sure there is a slight difference, but I can't see it in the civ name.
Yeah. Think of it this way though, it'd be worse without the game. At least this way we have at least one (and sometimes two) turn(s) to play and chat about every day.now that we have this game rolling quite fast, our main game seems so slooooow![]()
Yeah, the barbarians shouldn't actually attack the city, but they might cause trouble with Workers or improvements on Toch's borders. We'll have to see, anyway. If Toch has major problems, Elucidus can always go in as admin and delete the barbarians.ouch toch! wasnt there something about rules of barbarians entering borders? maybe they wont...a few unexpected barbs entering your borders while your warrior(s) is/are exploring is reeaaaally nasty
I see either Toch or Hercules borders...
By the way, Amethyst is also in the same continent with us. Are there any contacts in other continents yet? It seems that our continent is quite crowded.
You should really at least make contact before trading maps around, I think. The main game rules prohibits trading maps before Paper has been researched. Should we follow this also in this game? Other alternatives are probably free trading or trading after contact in the game.
