What other games include similar utilities?

Looking for worldbuilding in particular, but city builders are of interest as well.

You need external programs in order to build the words in Minecraft in any way that won't take you years of hard labour.

But now that i think about it, most TBS games have world builders.

Oh and as for citybuilding games, the Anno games prolly have a world builder too !
