It's showing what is possibly the new Skirmisher unit, but what is that unit right above it on the top left? It's super grainy and might just be a builder, but it also looks a bit like line infantry or a rifleman perhaps? I'm not sure if I'm seeing a cap and pick or a tricorne hat and rifle....
