Not to mention extra tourism and faith and can be built in every city. Those who downvoted cuz of the logic "It's Georgia, it must be bad" probably haven't played Georgia since GS released, it was good even before the +50% production buff. Now Tsikhe is at least in the upper half.

Not a single infrastructure in this list has that "conditional uniqueness". No resource for power? Literally a regular factory for you with +4 era score. Even worse than before GS, at least it has +1 production right off the bat.
