10. Egypt - Sphinx [17]
11. England - Royal Navy Dockard [20]
13. Georgia - Tsikhe [16]=15+1. Twice amount of defense. Half the price. A Renaissance building that can stand agaisnt one or two Bombards up until Steel tech where Artillery is unlocked (modern era), by the time of which urban defense is unlocked anyway. Not to mention extra tourism and faith and can be built in every city. Those who downvoted cuz of the logic "It's Georgia, it must be bad" probably haven't played Georgia since GS released, it was good even before the +50% production buff. Now Tsikhe is at least in the upper half.

19. India - Stepwell [20]
20. Indonesia - Kampung [22]
21. Japan - Electronics Factory [14]=17-3 This is not a "unique" building. +2 Production when powered compared to the standard factory. Not a single infrastructure in this list has that "conditional uniqueness". No resource for power? Literally a regular factory for you with +4 era score. Even worse than before GS, at least it has +1 production right off the bat.

2. Arabia - Madrasa [21]
3. Australia - Outback Station [22]
5. Brazil - Street Carnival / Copacabana [20]
6. Canada - Ice Hockey Rink [19]=18+1 Pretty juicy for a tundra city when combined with Canada's other bonuses: you're (mostly) fine to settle deeper into the tundra where you'll easily get +6 culture from one of these, and when you spam mounties/national parks, the +2 appeal is actually quite juicy indeed. Place two tundra cities kind of near eachother and you can get +12 culture from the hockey rinks - which give tourism based on their culture output - and a national park in between, with forests planted in all park tiles, and you'll get some WACKO tourism. Yes, it does come relatively late, and does require you to settle more of these tundra cities (including later in the game), but it's fun as hell IMO and does wonders for a culture victory.

20. Indonesia - Kampung [22]
21. Japan - Electronics Factory [11]=14-3 Agree with above; this thing is pretty disgraceful unfortunately. It does provide +4 culture but that's only with the Electricity tech, which comes late enough that it still isn't very impactful. When you first build it, it'll give you +4 era score. That's it. That's the only difference from the regular factory.

45. Zulu - Ikanda [17] 20-3 Doesn't do much except allow Shaka to hard build corps/armies faster and easier. With the civ UA, why are you hard building corps/armies? I remember on introduction someone suggested it should get +1 culture for each adjacent plantation, which would be at least be a nice thematic bonus. As is, it's just a half-priced encampment.

30. Mongolia - Ordu [20]
31. Norway - Stave Church [8]
32. Nubia - Nubian Pyramid [6] 5+1 I know it's probably not effective in most situations, but it's fun and original which is what I look for. Plus it's a good boost if next to a city center.

23. Kongo - Mbanza [18]
24. Korea - Seowon [23]
25. Macedon - Basilikoi Paides [22]
26. Mali - Suguba [21]
27. Maori - Marae [23] (22+1) With the last patch, maori don't want to cut wood and jungle, they get so much production from them!!! Marae will in effect give those tiles +1 culture and faith each, wich is nice considering the amount of tiles you can work!! And later in the game, the amount of tourism you get is enormous (you will find yourself PLANTING wood, just for the tourism and production^^. Up to half your tiles can produce 1 tourism, even more!!!). Maori are strong for tourism victory because of them, even though it is slower than writter rush.
29. Mapuche - Chemamull [20]
30. Mongolia - Ordu [20]
31. Norway - Stave Church [8]
32. Nubia - Nubian Pyramid [3] (6-3): totaly worhtless, the case when you can actualy build it next to the city center is rare, or even build it at all (between good spots for districts, or lack of desert tiles). This is not something that let you found a city in the middle of the desert (not like the outback station), nor something you can easily spam (it does nothing if not adjacent to a district, which are rare in desert cities...), and is of no use outside the desert (you know, the cities that can actually grow and spam districts...). If at least it gave adjacency bonus to districts, it could do something...
33. Ottomans - Grand Bazaar [20]
34. Persia - Pairidaeza [21]

36. Poland - Sukiennice [21]
37. Rome - Bath [21]
38. Russia - Lavra [26]
39. Scotland - Golf Course [20]
41. Spain - Mission [22]
42. Sumeria - Ziggurat [22]
43. Sweden - Open-Air Museum [23]
44. Sweden - Queen's Bibliotheque [10] (Just to reflect that this building is not that worthless. It is 6 slots, and can add 4 slots with the nationnal history museum. If you add the 2 writter, 3 arts and music from the culture district, that is a whooping 16 work of art in the same city, without any wonder. And ALL OF IT THEMED!!! . The perfect city for Pingala's Curator promotion!!!! So it is not worthless as you think, just a different approach toward cultural victory. And defineetly better than some other building listed here, like America's Film Studio...)
45. Zulu - Ikanda [14] 17-3 I had to look up what it does. That's how forgettable it is to me

Allows you to build settlers in satellite cities at times that would take just too long for other civilizations. Full naval healing makes your navy nigh immortal in friendly waters. Useful all game long.

43. Sweden - Open-Air Museum [23 -> 20] while it have good yields when you have it, you get it at a Point when the game is mostly under Control and an improvement that comes too late for it to matter should not be ranked above infrastructure that actually comes at a time it do matter. We can't just look at the yields, we also have to look at the context. Still it is better than Queen's Bibliotheque but Sweden very much suffer from getting its stuff a bit too late.

8. Cree - Mekewap [19] 18+1. Someone downvoted this as strange hybrid of farm nd mine. It is an offence. Even without tech boosts it is much stronger than farm (equal food, better housing, added production and gold) Placed on hill is 1 prod less than mine without tech boosts, but gets food gold and housing. And who cares it is 1 less, if you get 1 more from flat terrain? Anyway, is there anyone building farms as Cree except bonus tiles? Building restrictions? I often play Cree and had no game yet with core cities benefitting fully (=minimum 2 bonus and 1 luxury adjecency) from at least 2 Mekewaps. usually more, and partially (only bonus or only luxury) from some more. Mekewaps allow undisrupted growth even with no fresh water. What is even better is fantastic synergy with trading Cree's uniques, these both make Cree to settle even tundra, arctic and desert, making them not so much worse than Russia, Canada, Mali on their bias, and allow them grow very rapidly, making them nearly immune to loyality pressure. What is more, Makewaps make even flat terrain highly productive before the ability to plant forest. This unique is so incredibly powerful, that only Kampung can compete in terms of unique tile improvements. Before someone gets again that stupid idea of downvoting this again at this stage, play Cree first, probably you haven't yet play this civ. Lotrmith, I am looking at you. You had your crusade against hellenistic Fussion, please, make one day break before constantly downvoting again this time. Or better play Cree first and come back with apologises.

Getting it isn't that much of a hassle. Useful for two different victory types and protects you against against a third. It's not without merit.
