gathering storm without some gameplay elements

Hello everyone
I have the civ 6 gathering storm and it is definitely a new version of civ 6 but it lacks many elements that suppose to be in the game - there are no new leaders (canada, mauri, etc.), no change in the tech tree from the standard civ 6, no rivers and lake names, no environmental and climate element, and I think more is missing.... It has some elements and it is definitely a newer version, and at the beginning the credits note it is 2019 version, but I think there is something wrong....
note - it is an ISO copy of the game I am sure it is not original.... in addition, I only played for about an hour, maybe some elements occur later in the game.....?
maybe you can help me on that one, I cannot find any reference to this issue anywhere

well the situation is improved it seems my antivirus blocked the program from opening several mods and DLC's, and now after allowing access the game is fully functional and excellent!!!!!!
as an answer to your question, i don't know but i am pretty sure is is not legit.
