Try to close the launcher and replace this file http://civ.afforess.com/repo/Assets/Modules/Interface/Resource/Themes/Civ4/Civ4Theme_Common.thm

Looking at known GFC errors, the solution is to replace Assets/Modules/Interface/Resource/Civ4.thm with this file http://civ.afforess.com/repo/Assets/Modules/Interface/Resource/Civ4.thm

When i load my savegame, the loading screen is stuck to initializing and after a while ROM crash suddenly.
I tried your solution, it didn't work.
i'm using the laucher 1.19 at rev 937.
