Nope. Vatican city is to long with 3.2 km, and Mocano is even bigger with 4.4 km.
For instance, France has several pieces of border with Spain: from Atlantic to Andora, from Andora to the Mediterranean sea, and around the LLivia enclave.

No, with 10.2 km Saint Martin is way to big.
Chunnel doesn't count, as there is no real border here. Border controls are done in control zones, at either side of the tunnel.
