no question in my mind that the knights are key.
are we going to be able to get it? Everyone knows we have this quest, right? and if someone else builds 8 knights before us, we lose, right? flanking is awesome. It won't quite win us the game, but it will be huge....

Like Memphus said, we were already planning on 5, so 8 is not a stretch. And they are almost 1 turn builds, so.....

How long will it take us to get to Rifling? I think we want to head there ASAP, and use drafted rifles for a kill. Besides, then we can pick up Mil Tradition for cav. Actually, that's a good question: Do we want Mil Tradition ASAP after the quest is done? We've got a nice group of Flanking I knights we could upgrade

IMO...Rifles are the key. We need to go all out there, and then evaluate where we stand.
Is there ANY CHANCE we could sway MS away from Cav/Kaz? My thinking is that if they see they are on the side that may soon get crushed, they may flip flop. They would still be #3 in an alliance, just like they are now, but they may survive longer than if they stay on a sinking ship.

Next note: Memphus, start posting the sodding updates or I'll burn your arse in the next MP game we both play in. In about 4 years looking at my timetable, TBH. This is a team game to work the MM, the str\tegy and tactics out in, not to play a PBEM in.

It's been over a week since anyone's posted. The game's been paused, but Kaz's turn ends about nine hours from now (at 9PM EDT). What're our plans for the next few turns?
