Danrell's reskin of GM's HMS Hood is top-notch stuff. I consider any "Hood" project satisfied between Matt's model and Danrells texture work.

I know I use this model with Danrell's reskin to represent England's Battleships in my own mod (Matt, if you're using the Wolfshanze Mod, you might want to check England's flavor battleship!).

Yes, I have seen it. I only had a fleeting chance to use it though. Danrell did a spectacular job on what I consider one of my better models (But worst textures).

Another interesting tidbit is that the HMS Prince of Wales and another battlecruiser HMS Repulse were sunk on my birthday..

Good idea... maybe you should make the HMS Warspite look something like this:

the model looks terrific wolf.if Admirall Matt could accomplish this,that would be great.
Also the improvements on the hood,were also badly needed.
As far the battle between bismark and hood,the hood was just a huge cruiser.simply as that.it was the last of a generation-battlecruisers ships,combining heavy firepower and fast speed,but armored similar or a bit heavier than an armored cruiser.it was just a matter of time for bismark to sink hood.
in battles between battlecruisers,is something similar to backgammon:the first who could hit the other,has the advantage of sending this ship to bottom.
a battle between a battleship and a battlecruiser,is condemed for the battlecruiser.i consider suicide sending the hood intercepting the bismark.it was matter of time of what has happened there.
