Yes, he is. I was "away" for a while. Hakon, yours works, and mine doesn't, but I'm not sure why. They seem to have the same URL... So, cizzlewalk, on to you (I'll fix the first post now).
 
I know what you did wrong - the letters "sav" in the url have to be in capitals. That's how exact urls have to be...
 
Here's a hint for all of you - when you upload the file you get this huge text documents with links to all the files in the folder. Right click on the SG save file, then click on properties, and the full URL will be visible in a new window.
 
I actually didn't know about that list, as I don't automatically get it when I'm done. I found it though, and it should be very helpful.

first swords are reaching Spaniard Isle, it's up to next player if they wish to use the SoD near Madrid.
From now on, ONLY BUILD SWORDS, GALLEYS (only about 2 more), AND CULTURE!
there is little to no chance of getting great library if vikings are THAT advanced, we should just conquer spain and worry about getting a forbidden palace there quick

it seems our archer army was a primature tactic, but ruthless nonetheless :cringe:
remember..take their cities and keep them, don't feel like founding more cities over there is a waste, because it's not

one more thing, get a temple in tiwanaku, it NEEDS those extra shields
 
I see little need for galleys as soon as we got three going across the Pizarro Strait (my name for strait across to Spanish), four at a stretch. We're not gonna produce swordsmen that quickly, and we've already got one exploring galley. Shame about the GL, but with that many civs, only to be expected :(
 
Oh, and I also got the save. Will play within 2 hours.
 
@Hakon, I thought it was Mitsho's turn? looking at the first post on the thread it says he is next
P.S. i just played this game on a previous save (the turn before mine) and I completed the GL AND GL2, so it was possible, just a few errors were made before hand :sad:

@Mitsho, where ever you are Mitsho, plz say you got the game
 
Yep. It's mitsho's turn. Sorry for jumping the gun...I'm being a bit impatient here...
 
i must say this game has been very entertaining to follow, possibly becasue it has been played so quickly. that has given me an idea of a SG where you attempt to finish in a week or so
