Worker near Orleans is irrigating a non-river plain while a river plain is available. Hint: river plain gives more money

MM Avignon off horse and onto river plain with road to get extra 1g, and fire the clown for a taxman
Wake roading worker between Cherbourg and Amiens and have him finish the chop. 10 shields go to Amiens so I switch that town from barracks to temple.

I started building Librarys because our research ability is pathetic. We should try to build a couple more, especially the towns close to Paris that are on rivers. I also have settlers going to our SE. Id like to claim that land from barbs so we stop getting them from that area. Keep the units stacks due W or due N from the barb villages. Barbs will not attack you as long as you are on that sort of vector.
This was really a ho-hum set of turns. The barb problem is really ours alone and we can't do anything about the Inca till we solve it. Try to take all the land you can with settlers and cultural expansions.
Inca are up Fuedalism and Republic. Everyone else is stupid but you should check them every turn in case they suddenly get some gold. Also, we can use our tech lead over them to draw them into war.
