Give back city bug (system)

Hello,

It seems there is a bug when I give back a city to my vassal (GPF bug).
Please check attached file and do following actions :

Speek with Sitting bull
Ask what he want for peace.
Accect his conditions.
=> he gives you Amiens, a former French city
OK
Speak to Louis XIV
Give back Amiens to Louis XIV ( "Accept as a gift")
=> GPF

Some informations :
Mod : Gods of old (but .... )
System : Windows SP2 (with latest auto updates, arghhh ! )

So, no peace with Sitting Bull ...
