688. Play single city and build nothing but settlers, then make them rejoin your city so you don't lose too many pop points. Once you've maxed out, just stack the settlers on your nearest enemies' territory to prevent them from using all their tiles
 
691: Disband ALL military units. Military units are only for pointless wars that won't fix anything. Just give the AI everything you got to prevent them from attacking.
 
693: Disband all BB's and all cruiser, destroyers, subs, nuclear subs, AEGIS Cruisers, Ironclads and all other modern navy ships when you make them. But keep curragh's and galley's because they can defend themselves very good.
