The Turkish Cartel has control of Istanbul, a major route between the Opium and Heroine rich Asia and the drug addicts and richness of Europe. Weapons would also be a big seller on the streets. Those would also be sold and sent out to Europ for some money. As such, a lot of Poluice would be put on the pay roll to ensure that nothing wrong goes on. Many new soldiers would also be put on the payroll.

He was going to make a personal visit to a low life junkie who owed him money. He knocked on the door. All was silent. He knocked again, and nothing could be heard from inside. The Junkie walked from the bedroom to the front door in his underwear, his girlfriend a few feet behind him. As he opened the door he saw Manges angry face, and he backed a few steps out of fear.
