GNBv3, PBEM 2

*Paris reoccupied.
*war declared on the Neutral alliance.
*Prussia, Austria and Russia, I've set my attitudes to worshipful, could you please try to make peace.
To Prussia, could you ask my AI to withdraw all units from your territory, that way, my neutral inf. south of Amsterdam shall be withdrawn.

Nope, it's just a tonguetwister. I don't know the exact translation. I think it is: The dermatologist lied to the extend that the patients ended up railing at him. The last part is just an expression, used for ages: railing at someone is railing at his skin. (or something like that)

Did you follow lessons, or did you learn it from a Flamish/Dutch friend, or all by yourself?

Myself actually- it is very similar to German (to the extend that I sometimes follow the politically uncorrect "allegation" the it is merely a dialect)... but I can only read it- pronounciation is more tricky coz -at least- Dutch sounds like a split between English and German.

Well, yes, you're right, the pronounciation is not easy, especially because you almost always don't say what you read.
And yes, some dialects in Flanders are extremely similar to German, especially those in the eastern part of Flanders. (eg. my grandmother's dialect is with umlauts, estzetten, with "naamvallen", German pronounciation, etc.)

*Prussia announces military reforms, it is expected that more frontline regiments will return to defensive positions to fend of potential attacks by 'rogue states'
*Prussian Navy grows at desired "one-ship-a-month" rate with newest Ship of the line 'Kronprinz' delivered this month

*A cease fire has been signed with France and political stance corrected
*A cease fire with Britain has been impossible due to britains "enraged" position towards Prussia. Britain is urged to review its stance towards the kingdom and to resume reparation payments !
*Austrian Officials have arrived in Antwerpen to discuss greater coordination of an allied patroling of the north sea and channel straits
*Prussia congratulates the Russian Tsar on his great success against the Turkish Paddishah in Istanbul, and offers help in the planned Russian expedition to Scandinavia

***Ban on Emisaries?***

Following recent discussions with European leaders, and judging from upsetting experiences during the last war I am proposing a ban on Emisaries except in the following functions:

Converting individual units on the battlefield,
Converting Neutral cities and units

My suggestion is that these units should not be used- and if so all players should see this as act of utmost crime (comparable to the acts against the geneva convention)

Britain absolutely votes yes. :goodjob:

BTW W.i.n.t.e.r, I absolutely set my attitude toward Prussia to worshipful last turn. It's rare but not unheard of for the AI to hijack the attitude here and there (it even got me into a massive war at Imp1870 because someone misunderstood it ;)). Your AI rejected my offer, let's just hope it works in your turn this time...

Austria says YES!!! Ban on emissaries production :goodjob:
