For the record, Malaysia is very very very very uncomfortable with you having SRBMs in South Madagascar. SRBMs are SHORT range missiles. The only place they can hit from where they are is North Madagascar.

Is this some sort of threat?

No, they are there to protect from AF invasion. The neighbor of Guinea-Bissau and Gambia has also made threats to annex these two states in the past. The CU has been attacked by the AF before. We would never strike against an alliance friend, an old trading companion and a partner in multiple endeavours in the past.
And we are all of mankind.

In summary, Malaysia is our friend and has never been our foe and we are not threatening her. The missile systems are purely defensive and for tactical, NEVER strategic purposes.

Announcement
The CU is reactivating the Pacific and International Stock Exchanges located in Auckland and Wellington. It is our belief that with the new trade agreement between SADETO and the CU (which is a member of APETO) will spur market development and trade to the extent that the venerable PSE and ISE founded directly after the NASE index will once again reap abundant profit.

Since SADETO the CU and APETO are mostly located but not limited to the regions around the Pacific Ocean we will begin by reintroducing the PSE to our communities (located in Wellington). The next step if this is successful is too revive the ISE located in Auckland.

For too long has the productive capitalism of the PSE and ISE not been netting a profit. (They didn't cease existing, but they've been at +/- 0 eco. per semester since the mega-update. I'm hoping that with the massed trade between SADETO and APETO that is sure to come now will jump-start these stock exchanges back to an active life... I know a LOT of countries that will make monies from this. Especially the ISE in regard to the international community. The ISE is open-theatre for everyone.)
 
SADETO is interested in buying a modern tank design and AA MIssile Battery from any state willing to offer a good deal for it.

Hrm, I think I have enough orders, let me see if I can get the time to Update today . . .

I have 13/23 Orders, which should be enough, so I shall be working on the Update for the next couple days, when I get the time.

I cannot say for sure when it will be done, likely not today, expect it maybe Wednesday.

Travel Advisory

Air India and Indian Airlines will be flying round the clock flights out of Russia and the UIS.

DECLERATION OF WAR​

Noting that the Russian Federation on more than one occassion of the span of over two decades has sought to destroy internally the United Islamic States causing many thousands of deaths, majority of them muslims, the United Islamic States has decided that the time has come to put and end to this deplorable acts of brutality.

Thus it is our sad but just duty to ensure that the security of not only the United Islamic States but the rest of the free world is kept independent of the government in Moscow, the government that seeks to militarise space has pursued a policy of sometimes aggressive imperialism and the one nation that has troops on EVERY continent in this world.

The following unfortuante turn of events has occured since the end of the Great North African War between the United Islamic States then the Federation of the United Islamic Army and the United States of Europe then the Spainish Empire. The Russian Federation has done much to anger the United Islamic States which we will explain in great detail as follows.

At the end of the Great North African War the Islamic Armed Forces struck a just blow against the Spainiards not only in Africa but in Spain itself after a concerted campaign to exterminate the Muslim populace in Africa with weapons of mass destruction. The response was Russian intervention with their bombing of Muslim homes, schools and hospitals.

The Russian Federation futhermore exerted pressure to try and keep the inantile United Islamic States forever weak compared to their already considerable might. This situation was unacceptable to the proud Muslim populace.

The Russian Federation futhermore since the end of the Great North African War has pursued a policy of assaination of top and key level UIS officals including the brother of the current President and the son of a former President. These attacks on personal saftey of officals cannot be tolerated.

The Russian Federation has supported terrorist agents within the United Islamic States to try and end the fragile democracy that we so cherish. That the United Islamic States was democratic before the Russian Federation is conventiently forgotten in Moscow, with their continued and unfortuante denunciations of our political system that continues tomn degrade the standing between our peoples.

The Russian Federation then pursued a policy of formenting war between its neighbours as seen by the Kurdistani Civil War, the Afghan Civil War, the Sudanese Civil War, the Cypriot War and the 2nd Muslim-Indian War. Many young men died due to Moscow's actions here.

The Russian Federation has militarily occupied much of the African continent, although that it was publicly stated and privatley warned from Cairo that any such move would be construded as a direct threat to the United Islamic States and be treated as such.

However the final straw was then the Russian Federation's agents were caught in the United Islamic States (ooc: the proof of all 50 will come out in the update) and tried legally through Islamic courts. The Russians contempt for our legal system, a system that has stood since AD750, and a system that has lasted far longer than anything the Russians have had is the ultimate insult. We accomodated their demands however would not aceede to ours when it was found that such evil and vile men where truly with the blood of innocent Muslims on their hands.

The Islamic Council of Relgion, the United Islamic Congress and the United Islamic President have all declared the ultimate jihad has begun. We may be immolated by the Russian superpweapons they posses, however enough is enough and we shall have our vengence for Russian transgressions on our people's honour, livelihood and security!

Once again, Malaysia reiterates that non-APETO military units have no right to enter our economic zone - which so happens to be most of the Sunda Platform and our half of the Straits of Melaka and Sulu Sea.
 
ooc: I know but a war cabinet has been formed that has only the Economic Minister, Minister for Relgion, Minister for War, the Joint Chiefs (which are 5) and the President.
