For new weapons do we actually have to make a whole technology project for them or if it is merely a new class of an already existing technology then do we just send the description to goober?

JANUARY 1st 1985 - THE GERMAN OHL today announced, after Chancellor Droeger's historic speech to the Reichstag, the completion of construction and the begining of preliminary testing of a project known as PzkmpfW Leopard, or simply, the Leopard Panzer.
The new Leopard panzer shows a shift in German military policy. Previously, the German Bundeswehr simply produced generic tank designs conforming with many other European countries. Now the OHL seems intent on a completely self-suffiecient army, the Reichswehr and is taking strides to accomplish this as German defense and industrial corporations are continually supplied with juicy defense contracts. The Leopardpanzer has yet to see action in any spheres of combat, but reports are coming in that hundreds if not thousands have been ordered by the OHL and that already the first units are being deployed against insurgents in the newly conquered nations of 'Operation Anschluss'.
Information has been gathered that the Leopard tank uses a composite armor and weilds a heavy-hitting 140mm Rheinmetall gun, although other specifications are currently unknown. It is known however, that although the tank employs a moderately heavy arsenal, it can top at a speed of around 56 km/h (around 35 mi/h) making it a moderately fast tank. Details on its advanced internal systems are unknown as of now, but many speculate the tank to be the most advanced MBT to date.

We have offered to restrict our Nuclear Deterrant to 35 in exchange for 7 ecos of Aid, however, in the light of the new Japanese proposal, we would not be wiling to limit out Nuclear Deterrant to 25 Weapons, and in exchange for only 5 eco, if your nations drop all tariffs and santions against the proud and honourable Workers of Korea. Furthermore, we will demand that all of your nations sign a Non-Agression Pact with Korea. Once that has been done, Korea can explore her options, possibly of ridding Korea of her Nuclear Deterrant altogether. The proud Workers of Korea do not want these weapons, we only have them because they are needed to ensure our future survival against the Capitalist forces surrounding us.

The Russian Federation is most concerned by the German violation of the Russian-German treaty from two years ago and the German invasion of Poland. Unless Germany explains its actions and takes steps to aliviate the situation the Russian Federation may have to interfere on behalf of the Polish People and Government.

There is a new German Government and all former treaties except for ones of economic nature have been henceforth voided and are undergoing a screening process by the Reich Foriegn Ministry. However, the Vizekanzler would be honored to accept a Russian consulate any time they wish to discuss matters.

Anyways thanks, good to know I've sent in orders, I've just too much invested in this game to forget 'em (sheeze, I think I've been playing this specific game for more then half a year now - only rpg-games beat that). Behind that shallow exterior of a worried double reminder is a kid who wants to WIN the game! Not to mention it's my second NES ever.

We're currently the hotspot of a toll-free trade agreement with SADETO and as member of APETO such an agreement will boost the economy of your country, and perhaps further agression will be unecessary even with your kind of politics.
