I have about 78 hours off today, so I shall be completing the Update, updating stats, etc. Expect some PMs to be sent around within the next several hours.
For the record, I received and processed orders from the Philippines, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, UIS, AF, Yugoslavia, Japan, China, USE, Argentina, CU, Malaysia, FRSEA, Greece, Russia, and India.

The Situation in the African Federation
Over the last few years Russia has been leading an effort to bring peace and prosperity to the people of the African continent. Now, when these efforts seem to be almost complete a number of nations begin to undermine them.
The African Federation has agreed to withdraw forces from the last two occupied territories - Botswana and Zimbabwe and to allow a local government to take over. In addition the African Federation will turn over control of all missiles in the country to Russia in return for Russian aid to the people.
This agreement, which would end decades of dispute and powerty for the region, is currently jepordized. The African Federation has agreed to allow the Russian Federation to administer the transition. It rejects the idea of other nations interfereing in this process and the talks have almost collapsed since the USA sent troops to the region.
The situation is tense as the African Federation has over 500 missiles that could be armed with VX gas and unleashed upon the region. A popular General named commander of Southern District
General Lebed has become a national hero over the last decade. He first emerged from the aftermath of the nuclear exchange as a capable colonel who quickly regrouped his division and was one of the first to return order to his region. He led the Russian offensive in the Southern USA during the war of 1976 and was responsible for setting up the short lived People's Republic of America.
After the conclusion of the war he served briefly as the Chief of the Coalition's Forces in Asia and then led the Coalition's landing in Costa Rica. He was recalled to Moscow in 1973 and helped Prime Minister Putin in the transition period. Therefore I, as a leader of a world nation on the planet we all share, propose and challenge every single nation of this world of an above 5. eco-NGP to contribute 1 eco. to a charity fund to be organized by El Goober Baradei and the UN.
I believe we can all afford this pitiful sum to improve the lives of the less fortunate dictatorships around the world, and as that seems to be the will of the world leaders the CU once again sees itself fit to give the world the old push and shove to save a couple of poor, destitue nations ravaged by the loss of Great Britain.

The Courts in Mindanao have yet to rule against Muslims seeking to evict Christians from their rightful territory. So, in effect, you are wrong, there is no Law forcing Christians out, there are just laws encouraging Muslims to return to their ancestral and legal land. Discrimination? Not technically . . .
